Welcome to My Blog!

Hi everyone! This is my initial blog post to kick-off my website and my business Flight Mentor Matt.

I am very excited to start my website and business, solely centered around helping fearful fliers accomplish their goals. I have both a book and an iOS app in the works for release in 2024, which are additional resources for helping fearful fliers.

My business offering on this site is to be your fear of flying 'coach.' I want to be your coach and guide along the way as you work on this fear. I am not a licensed therapist, so we do have to be mindful of certain boundaries in our approach together. However, I have experience and training in coaching and mentorship. I call myself a mentor - I am someone who has been through this fear of flying, very severely, and have conquered it.

I want to teach you about all of the tools and resources that are out there, as I have tried many approaches over the last few years. I can give you more details and information about how these resources work and what you can expect from them. I can share my personal experience with each resource as well as my general experience along the way.

I also want to listen and be there for you. Many people do not have a great support system with fear of flying, since those who are not afraid do not fully understand this fear. I do. All too well. And I want to be in your corner. Even if you just need someone to talk to and vent about it. Or share your deepest fears and anxieties on the topic. I will listen. I will support you.

Thank you for visiting my site. I hope to continue to grow my site, my offerings, and my supplemental resources. My goal is to help as many clients beat this fear, because I know how it feels to beat this, and I want you to feel that too.
